Terms and Conditions for Alhaj Tours and Travel - Tour Packages

2. Booking and Confirmation

Booking Process: To reserve your tour package, a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit are required.

Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received, and a confirmation email with your itinerary and payment details will be sent to you.

Payment: Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour departure date unless otherwise stated. Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

Currency: All payments must be made in INR

Late Payment: If the balance is not paid within the specified time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All payments are final there is no refund.

5. Changes to Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation, or services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

If major changes are made, the client will be informed, and they may accept the new itinerary or request a refund based on the terms of cancellation.

6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before departure.

7. Health and Safety

Clients must inform the Company of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are deemed medically unfit for travel.

8. Liability and Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during the course of the tour unless caused by the Company's negligence.

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

9. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

10. Conduct and Behavior

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the local customs and laws of the destinations visited.

The Company reserves the right to remove any client from the tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other passengers or staff. No refund will be given in such cases.
